📦 Returns Policy

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic, health, and consumable products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened.

However, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged

• Product received is defective

• Wrong product delivered

⏱️ Return Request Timeline

• Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

• Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

📸 Proof Required

To process a return request, customers must provide:

• Clear images or video of the damaged/defective product

• Images of outer packaging and shipping label

This helps us verify the issue quickly.

🔁 Replacement Policy

• Approved return cases will be eligible for replacement only.

• Replacement will be shipped after verification of the issue.

• No replacement will be issued for products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

💰 Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.

❌ Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

🚚 Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
